Brand assets & overlay design.

Once your date is locked, we collect your logo, brand guidelines, event name, hashtag, and any product imagery. Our team designs a custom overlay matched to your visual identity and sends a proof for approval — usually 2–3 weeks before the event.

Early load-in & setup.

We arrive at your venue an hour before your photobooth time starts, coordinate with your event planner and venue contact, and have the booth tested and styled before the first guest arrives. Backup gear stays on hand the entire event.
